Chris Clegg

CX / UX Designer

28 years working as a designer and director using Service Design and Design Research methodologies to help organisations deliver compelling, people centred services and products.

Guiding the creative vision, I help clients or project teams of service designers and UX designers to implement methodologies that unearth insights into customer needs and help understand the bigger picture to define the business opportunities.

I help drive projects forward swiftly to relevant digital touch-points that enable better ecosystems and platforms that deliver improved customer experiences and bottom line impact for global companies and start-ups.

 

Robin Bates

UX / UI Designer (Associate)

Award winning designer with over two decades of experience in the digital sector working with brands such as Rolls Royce, Bugatti, Paul Smith, Apple and Vertu.

Robin has worked with both major corporations and smaller businesses, as well as many of London's premier digital and marketing agencies such as AKQA, R/GA, Sapient, and Digitas, as a senior creative. His expertise spans branding, marketing, strategy, user experience, user interface, and visual design.

My expertise is now focused on elevating and growing businesses through strategic branding and innovative product design.

 

Arusha Elworthy

UX / UI Designer (Associate)

A hybrid UX/UI designer for over 16 years, working with many financial services and insurance brands including American Express, Mercer, Fidelity International, Travelers and RSA.

Arusha creates award winning front end UI page and interaction design as well as creating complex Design Systems and pattern libraries for established brands.

My passion is creating design systems that optimise brand consistency, accessibility and efficiencies across both design and development teams.
